A white Holden ute and a red Holden Commodore allegedly failed to stop for officers in the Baldivis area around 10am on Sunday.
A short time later the red Holden was found abandoned and three people ran from the vehicle.
Two were arrested nearby with the help of the police helicopter.
The white Holden was also abandoned in Baldivis, but the driver could not be located.
Around 11.30am, the third person from the red Holden allegedly stole another vehicle in the Mundijong area before leading police on an hour long pursuit that ended in Medina.
The man abandoned the car and allegedly jumped over fences and onto roofs of houses before he was arrested.
The 23-year-old Rockingham man has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle, reckless driving, aggravated burglary, five counts of criminal damage, being armed to cause fear, trespass, stealing and assault to prevent arrest.
He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
A 20-year-old man from Shoalwater has been charged with two counts of stealing, trespass, burglary, criminal damage and possessing drug paraphernalia.
He will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on April 21.
A 17-year-old man from Hillman has been charged with burglary, criminal damage, trespass and giving false details to police.
He will appear in the Perth Children’s Court today.
