Police have expanded their search for 65-year-old Ian Collett down to Albany.
Police have resumed their search for Ian Collett, focusing at the 10km mark from Armadale on Albany Highway in a southerly direction towards Albany.
The last confirmed sighting on the 65-year-old was at the corner of Albany Highway and South West Highway in Armadale around 5.30pm on Sunday.
Search efforts have ramped up with 40 police personnel as well as Mounted officers and Airwing officers along with 50 SES personnel taking part in the search.
Police are asking anyone who lives along Albany Highway between Armadale and Albany, who has CCTV cameras to check if they show Mr Collett walking past their homes.
Anyone who was travelling along Albany Highway between Armadale and Albany from 5:35pm on Saturday until now, who has a dashboard camera is asked to check the vision to see if it recorded Mr Collett.
Anyone who sights him or has any information regarding is whereabouts is asked to call Police on 131 444.
Mr Collett left his Canning Vale home on Saturday afternoon, his family fears due to his dementia he's gotten lost while walking.
