Major Crash officers are seeking information from the public over a serious crash that left a 40-year-old female driver in hospital with serious injuries.
Just before 2pm on Thursday a silver Nissan Tiida sedan was travelling north on Huntington Avenue when it collided with a silver Mitsubishi ASX at the Cavendish Boulevard intersection in Wellard.
Police said the 40-year-old female driver of the Mitsubishi suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance.
The 30-year-old female driver of the Nissan was not injured in the crash.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses who may have seen either the Nissan or the Mitsubishi on Huntington Avenue or Cavendish Boulevard prior to the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
