Upgrades to Pinjarra Road in Mandurah resume today.
Stage three of the project from Anstruther Road to Randell Street will encompass an area of more than 3000sqm and include road resurfacing and improvements to storm water drainage.
The project also includes upgrading the existing footpaths, pedestrian crossings and bus stops.
Road closures will be in place, firstly for eastbound traffic before switching to westbound later in the project.
Pinjarra Road is one of the main entry roads into Mandurah’s City Centre, playing a pivotal role in the local road network and business community.
The roadworks are being staged over several years, as funding permits, with the project area running the stretch of Pinjarra Road from Dower Street to the City Centre.
The City of Mandurah says they acknowledge the disruption to the community and local businesses and thank everyone for their patience.
