A 62-year-old woman was died following a car crash in Shoalwater yesterday evening.
Major Crash Investigation is investigating a fatal traffic crash which occurred in Shoalwater yesterday.
Police say just before 5.30pm a white Holden Statesman was travelling north along Arcadia Drive when it lost control and struck a pedestrian walking in the opposite direction.
The 27-year-old driver did not receive any injuries from the crash, however a 62-year-old female was rushed to Rockingham Hospital by ambulance where she later died from her injuries.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses to the crash or who may have seen the Holden Statesman driving in Shoalwater prior to the crash.
