With a wet weather warning currently in place, residents have recorded roads around the Peel Region to have flooded this morning.
Main Roads has issued a wet weather warning today with heavy rain forecast for this morning.
Before 9AM Mandurah recorded 23.8mm of rain was recorded.
There have been several road closures and lanes affected by the down pour.
Kwinana Freeway right lane southbound is blocked at Armadale Road near Jandakot.
There are also reports Eighty Road entrance from Safety Bay Road in Baldivis has been cordoned off due to flooding over the road.
Pictures have also emerged online of flooded conditions on Warnbro Sound Avenue.
Motorists are reminded to use caution on the roads during wet weather conditions.
