Four people were rushed to hospital following a serious crash on Rockingham Road yesterday afternoon.
St John was called to the scene at 4.30pm on Monday after a Hyundai I30 hatchback and a Caterpillar truck collided on Rockingham Road and Hope Valley Road.
The 77-year-old male driver of the hatchback and a 74-year-old female passenger were rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.
The two other female passengers in the hatchback, aged 56 and 89, were taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with minor injuries.
They are all reported to be in stable condition as of Tuesday morning.
The 56-year-old male driver of the truck was not injured.
Police are still investigating what caused the collision and urge anyone with information or dash-cam footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
