Two men have been charged over an alleged shooting in Collie that saw another man receive gunshot wounds to his hands.
The man was allegedly shot on Clifton Street on the morning of Sunday, July 14 and required treatment at Collie Hospital.
Following inquiries, detectives have charged a 21-year-old man from Collie and a 34-year-old man from Australind with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or prevent arrest attempted to strike any person with a projectile.
Both men are due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court today.
Detectives wish to speak to anyone with any information relating to this incident, or who saw a black Holden Caprice sedan in Collie on the evening of Saturday July 13, 2024, or the early hours of Sunday July 14, 2024.
