Cassandra and her partner Josh were asleep when thieves broken into their Meadow Springs home on Wednesday night.
Cassandra took to Facebook to warn other residents in Mandurah of the criminal activity in her Meadow Springs neighbourhood.
She said someone or a group of people could have broken into her home behind the Meadow Springs shopping centre between 6.00pm and 9.00pm last night, while she and her partner Josh were asleep upstairs.
Cassandras handbag, both her and Josh's wallets and a few other small items were taken.
She said none of the items stolen were worth more than $100, but did hold sentimental value to the couple.
"....most of it was just of sentimental value, as it was all presents from family, but there were credit cards in the wallets," she said.
Cassandra said she cancelled her bank cards as soon as she discovered her purse was taken.
Someone entered through the garage door before entering the Meadow Springs home via a door in the garage.
The incident has been reported to the Police.
"A police report has been filed but they can't do a lot until the thieves use the cards," Cassandra said.
