Mandurah Detectives have charged a man after their investigation into an assault in Dudley Park.
It will be alleged at around 7pm on Tuesday February 18, an altercation occurred between the man and two other people on Gillark Street, near the bowling club.
During the incident, a 51-year-old man received serious head injuries, while a 39-year-old woman received minor injuries.
Detectives charged a 40-year-old man from Dudley Park with grievous bodily harm in circumstances of aggravation and common assault in circumstances of aggravation.
He will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on March 17.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses to this incident, or to anyone that might have dashcam vision of the incident.
