A fire has destroyed a home in Cooloongup.
Firefighters were called out to the single-storey home on Linville Avenue around 4.10am on Sunday.
It's believed the house was burgled just before the fire started.
When crews arrived the property was fully engulfed in flames.
It took them 40 minutes to contain the blaze.
The fire caused a damage bill of $350,000.
The cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious and Arson Squad investigators urge anyone with CCTV, mobile phone or dash-cam vision of this fire, or any suspicious people/vehicles in the area between 3am and 4am, to upload the vision direct to them at https://wapf.au.evidence.com/.../public/cooloongupfire
