Mandurah detectives are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at a fast food store in Falcon on Sunday morning.
It happened at about 7:30am when a man entered the store on Old Coast Road wearing a balaclava and armed with a mallet.
The man chased the store attendant out the rear of the store and then stole a sum of cash from the cash register.
It is believed the man fled the area in a white Toyota RAV4 with no registration plates onto Old Coast Road.
He is described as approximately 180cm tall, medium build, tanned skinned wearing a black hoodie, blue tee-shirt, black pants and runners.
