Baldivis student Jordan Steele-John has been confirmed as a replacement for one of three Senators kicked out of office over the dual-citizenship saga.
Four Senate spots have been vacant since the ruling on the so-called Citizenship Seven last month.
The High Court has today confirmed 23-year-old Jordan Steele-John and former Australian Democrats leader Andrew Bartlett will take over from the two Greens Senators.
They replace former senators Scott Ludlam and Larissa Waters.
Fraser Anning will replace One Nation's Malcolm Roberts.
Liberal member Hollie Hughes is expected to fill Nationals Senator Fiona Nash's spot but her confirmation has been delayed due to a possible conflict with the constitution.
Her eligibility will be tested in the High Court next week.
