An alleged drunk driver has been charged after crashing her car into a home in Rockingham.
The 35-year-old woman was driving along Kent Street around 5.30pm on Wednesday when she allegedly lost control and struck the front pillars of the carport.
The carport roof then fell onto the vehicle, but the woman was not injured.
She was arrested at the scene and has since been charged with excess 0.08.
The occupant of the home was not injured, but is reportedly staying with a friend due to the extent of damage caused by the crash.
